Bilingual Applicant to Graduate School in Psychology

To Whom It May Concern, 

My name is Gezabel Hernandez, and I am the President of Help at Home Care. For the past three years or so I have had the enormous privilege of working alongside our staff person Claudia Cedeno Nadal, whose company I have enjoyed a great deal, talking about our clients, comparing notes, and all sharing with great frequency about the broader picture of mental health needs and success stories on our community. 

Claudia has always been a good student and its shows, easy to understand why she would distinguish herself for excellence as an undergraduate student in Psychology at Florida International University and in 2017 when she graduated, she was already making highly intelligent and creative plans for opening up her own therapy center in the future. Currently completing her Master’s Degree in Psychology with the same avid dedication that she paid to her undergraduate studies, I could not recommend her more highly for study towards the PsyD Degree.

Few people that I have known speak both Spanish and English so flawlessly, and her understanding of the cultural needs of Hispanic communities in South Florida is already most advanced. I see Claudia has having enormous potential as a bicultural and bilingual counselor to help the Spanish-speaking community in South Florida, in particular, in culturally sensitive ways resulting in best outcomes. 

Claudia evaluates the data that I collect and helps me to write and file daily as well as monthly reports. She is meticulous with focus, and highly responsible with enormous attention to detail, always turning in the documents on time as indicated. Most easy to work with, all of her supervisors and co-workers speak very highly of her because she is so dedicated, compassionate, and knowledgeable in her field. The clients' families have provided stellar feedback concerning Claudia, providing ample testimony to her skill and efficacious labors. Most persistent, Claudia always makes her very best effort with each client, energetic, passionate and empathetic.

An excellent problem solver, Claudia is a creative thinker in constant search of ways to improve her already impressive performance for our institution and the clients that we serve. It would be a pleasure to provide you with any further information as to the qualification of Claudia Cedano Nadal; and my strong recommendation for her application to a PsyD Program.
